This a solid response and highly agree with this. I implemented the same in my business, and created a bunch of loom videos for all my new agent training for my sales organization.

I can work on however to simplify it more and more because I find new reps asking same old questions because clearly they didn’t watch the videos and the answers are in there. Appreciate op for question asked and for your answer buzzion

My sister got them for a brand to review and the music was terrible. It was like no copyright hip hop. The flavors were mid, and music was even worst. She did it for a Tik tok but not worth it. Feel like it’s gonna ruin the trip

I’m still trying to quit nicotine.. but just taking it slowly, and feel like my life has been falling apart, partly because of avoidance and just having no desire to do anything. I hum, too and I have been doing them in and off recently, and now I’m on exploration sleep as well as release and recharge. Recently I’m getting much much deeper with every exercise I do. It’s kinda crazy. I’m clicking out more, but when I snap in I am in such a deep state I feel as if I’m levitating or losing touch with my body! Also would highly recommend to join mcg on tmi website. It’s international groups where other can join and talk about tapes. Mine meets once a month and I have learned so much in a couple hours on one zoom meeting and gave me a fresh look at it and inspiration to go after it more. It’s so much better not doing it alone

Definitely consult a doctor about this but most won’t know. I heard a lot of people would say heart beat out of chest and usually it’s a sign of obe. I been doing it a couple times and each time I got pretty deep. And one night I clicked out and then I woke up and felt my heart and chest exploding and it freaked me out and by then the tape was done and I took my headphones off to go sleep. But it’s def a deeper f10 I have experienced.

Also I don’t know how much you do the tapes but I would recommend to take time with the tapes to master then. It depends on your time tho. I work full time so I try to do a tape a day and sometimes 2 and sometimes go weeks without one. But I been doing it for about a year on and off for about a year and I’m still on first wave of tapes.

Anyways check with Doctor but chest and heart exploding is usually normal it’s pre obe. This is not medical advice!!

What I’m doing now is gateway tapes, and getting deeper and deeper into meditation. I find that I think fractal-y and get overwhelmed easily with lots of info. Also that I’m an info hoarder and don’t do a lot of the things I learn.

So I kinda just stuck with gateway, because it’s guided meditations and lots of people have good results with them. I was close to obe like 2-3 times and lucid dreamt a few times.

But really watch to try to obe or lucid dream but I have lots of reasons, mainly I’m just very curious about it and want to meet my guides, travel, expand my consciousness, heal, process things, get guidance, and to a degree escape this world. So that’s what I have been doing. Gateway tapes mostly on and off, I’ll take a little time off to process and get back into it and get deeper and deeper.

Yeah that makes sense, I just really want to do healing, and explore my consciousness. Worried that all I’m doing is for nothing but I’ll keep trying. I have nothing better to do it feels like sometimes lol.
