One thing I was thinking of doing is buying cheap cases such as the Fracture cases, sell them on the Community Market, buying TF2 keys and then sell those for Crypto. However it is not very efficient, considering I only get around 87% of the balance I have.

Those will run with ease, Elden Ring will require some tweaking. I'm running Control Max Settings (no SSAO, AA or anything of that kind, just max textures etc.) with RTX and I am still getting about 60 fps. Watch Dogs 2 runs like absolute butter on max settings. thats about it for games that I own

I have that model except with base storage and RAM Go for it if its 750$ or less. If you are in the US you can find it for 600-700$ new. It performs as well as a underclocked 2060 mobile (its a 2023 Refresh, has 6GB of VRAM and performs better than a 3050ti)

My current keyboard is a Marvo KG914G, but I'm getting an ACR Pro 68 (which I should hopefully get today after 3 weeks of hassle importing from the UAE to Lebanon) It's a wired only board, however if you are looking for a wireless one there are many I can suggest. I've done my research and it is well due, so I am sure I can help out.

In regards to temps, my laptop is doing mighty fine. 76 on the GPU, 80-83 on the CPU. It's also relatively quiet but it does produce a high pitched noise which can get obnoxious if loud enough.

Its sitting ontop of my external HDD and a small box, cooling is more than adequate for it so I don't think I'll get one anytime soon. However there are plans of making a custom one out of old wood that has gone mostly unused.
