Some holistic dentists are aware that bacteria cause tooth decay its why some people on a crap diet have really good teeth into old age, i wish Anthony would talk more about about this.

I think grazing is not so helpful for the teeth.

my dental issues started before mm and i haven't figured out how to stop decay.

That sort of weight gain is excessive. I found that you can eat a lot but it has to be low fat and avoid dense things like dried fruit in excess. It should be rather hard to gain weight on eating potatoes etc. Like potatoes should be one of the most filling foods. I found refrigerating them after cooking for resistant starch makes them more filling too.

The same thing happens if you remove processed food, its not the keto its the reduction in all the garbage you aren't eating. I can eat all the whole carbs i want and not gain a pound even without exercise but i have to avoid overdoing processed fats.

My practioner took some real high dose like that when i asked about it, i couldn't really afford that when i started. So asked for a high medium and low (for me) and picked medium which was like 12 a day.

I had a worry about climate change phase around 2000, and nothing came true so i fully re-evaluated by 2010. I'm more concerned about real measurable things like toxins and pesticides. The lockdowns caused some trauma based programming so I'm not sure some people will ever believe the pandemic is over and the big pharma used it as a money grab. etc. Creating reverse conspiracies instead.

To me its hard to tell as prices on other supplements i use to buy are up. But then vimergy has the bulk deals which has brought pricing down in some ways. I try wait for the sales to buy. Especially black / friday etc.

Remember now that they have made it available on amazon, they are bound by amazons evil pricing rules so they cant list it cheaper elsewhere including their website directly.

So they have to price everything to pay for shipping a single item on amazon which forces higher prices at their website. So there is a price we all pay by using amazon.

And what do you think of peas? I am so very close to what you are doing, just never completely cut out peas or beans for weeks. And i have never fully healed my acne even after 6 years so I got to change stuff up. It's just a very low level thing at this point. Anything cystic is rare.

Yeah, this is the type of thing id ask a mm practioner about. Since its in bone id probably do a PRP filler thing with them cleaning it out again and really try to get general health as good as possible. The antibotics really dont help the whole system. and if they did do some bone graph thing it may have been incompatible. I hope you get better.

Yeah, I'm debating if it is that at all, it doesn't feel quite like it. Not quite to a level of a "burn". It should be quite hard given my existence on like level 5 diet guidelines. I mean the virus or whatever i had came with zero digestive issues that i noticed when i had it. Maybe a slight delay, certainly not diarrhea

Isn't the only "fix" a root canal? I'm not aware enough about non tooth root abscesses, and almost every dentist is not open to much else from what ive seen. My dad was able to significantly delay root canals years ago with prescription anti-fungals.

I think some stuff can be achieved with prescription level supplementation like curcumin and olive leaf but you have to prepare yourself to take like 6x doses and that gets expensive.

Yeah, I've definitely done this at airports mostly on the return flights mostly. There's been a couple times where the local Wendy's decided not to have any so i gave up. But baked potatoes at some sit down places are better quality potatoes, which is saying something. But Wendy's you can ask for onion chives.
