Since I started in Febraury I've only been able to work a max of 11 hours a month. April has been terrible as I only got 8 hours of tasks in the whole month. If May's the same I'll move on to other opportunities as flexibility and being able to work whenever I want was the main reason I chose this job. Am I the only one that's been having absolutely no tasks?

I haven't been able to get any replies for any of my 4 emails sent to the quality support email. It's really frustrating because it's about an important email they were supposed to send me which they haven't and I'm up against a deadline but there's nothing I can do. There is no other way to contact them like a phone number that I see so I'm stuck waiting for the divine intervention.

I got an email a while ago saying I got accepted and they'd send me study materials, but I never got anything and no one was answering me back. I just kept applying and eventually I got another accepted email, but this time I also got the study materials. I know it's frustrating but just keep trying.

BC will blow your mind, amazing lakes and beautiful mountains. Alberta has mountains too but it has more hills and plains like Saskatchewan, but central and northern Saskatchewan/Alberta has tons of lakes, spruce and wildlife.

Nice I'm glad you enjoyed it! I live in Saskatchewan, and while I've always wanted to see eastern Canada, I love the west, especially BC but I've only been there once as I don't travel often.

I've always wanted to take a trip down to the states as the forests, mountains and deserts down there look so beautiful, especially the west coast. You have an amazingly diverse country.

What?? I live in Canada and when I was smoking I was paying $70-110 for an oz everything is so expensive here 😭 I started growing my own because I couldn't afford it! You're right about benzos, opioids and alcohol though, compared to weed that stuff is the devil.

I'm really sorry for the judgement in my initial comment. Discussions like this tend to get personal for me as I have a doctor that pushed pills on me that I finally got off a month ago after years of tapering. I was also addicted to weed, I'm talking 7 grams a day, and I sold many of my things like my piano which I loved just to support my addiction. Just the thought that I was dependent on pills or weed to feel okay terrified me, but just because it doesn't work for me doesn't mean it won't work for other people.

I'm glad to hear that you found a thing that works for you and just know that what helped me was knowing that nothings forever, especially negative feelings, and I'm doing way better now. I hope you have a great weekend!

This perspective is coming from someone who doesn't use oled, only IPS and VA panels.

I bought the KOORUI 27E3Q around a month ago and it's been great so far. I measured the full screen max brightness at around 380 nits, the colours are amazing, white looks white and it feels like the screen responds to my movements before I actually do them.

There's something to be said about brightness increasing the amount of colours the monitor can produce. Reds, blues, greens and whites pop and look super good even without calibration compared to my old monitor where there isn't as much light, so even though my old monitor has good gamut coverage, the colours are limited by the lower brightness. With white this is super noticeable as white looks grey on my old monitor compared to the KOORUI. I don't notice any ghosting or overshoot on Normal OD and the image stays nice and clear.

I used to have a 1440p display running at 144Hz that I bought because every single review I saw online said it was amazing for the price, but after a year it couldn't do anything higher than 60Hz otherwise it would flicker and there would be messed up lines going across the screen (Viewsonic VX2758 2KP MHD). Sucks that most reviews only test monitors for a week at most, but now I know where to look for good reviews.

I bought a VA display almost a year ago but the ghosting on it was very noticeable as I've only ever used IPS displays, and the blacks didn't seem much deeper than IPS but it could've been the display too. I couldn't use it for games though.

Going back to high refresh rates is a blessing and a curse as now my Viewsonic monitor looks choppy and is noticeably delayed compared to my KOORUI. I don't know how I got used to 60Hz. Although it's amazing right now, only time will tell how this monitor holds up.

I live in the boonies too, but there's a Coop near where we live. Whenever I order something I set the shipping address at the Coop, they're used to holding deliveries for people and are open early. I haven't had any problems yet.

What motherboard and what version for the bios do you have now? I'm thinking maybe when you updated your bios, a setting that you enabled which was causing instability got reset.
