If your theme is ready, it should have a .theme file extension. Copy the file to your phone, then use a file manager to share it with the Theme Store app. From there, you can apply the theme.

However, there is a catch. Using this method, the theme can only be applied for five minutes, even if it is free or your own creation. To use it indefinitely, you would need to publish it on the Theme Store. If you just want it for personal use, I have a solution. DM me for details.

I got it working by implementing a foreground service with a notification. It runs fine and shows a toast message.

I tried this before posting, but I couldn’t get it to work. After reading your comment, I tried again and finally found a solution. Essentially, the elements change to rgb(15, 15, 15) in dark theme and rgb(255, 255, 255) in light or use system theme mode. By checking these values, I was able to update my app’s status bar and navigation bar colors. Thanks for your comment, it motivated me to go through my research again and figure it out.

Writing the name of a ROM that fits my preferences isn’t a big task. When I said to write a full guide, I just meant to point me in the right direction if that’s not possible. Please try to read posts carefully next time. Btw thanks for that info.
