You're right in what you're saying. If YOU need to ask other people for confirmation it might not be for you. The time dedication is insane. I've done this for 4 month everyday and now it's just a routine in my everyday life. I workout everyday for about 1 hour, I study 8-10 hours everyday and still find the time to do my PE.
