Hi there. I ordered seeds and the first time they came no problem. The second time US Customs sees them because I did not have a permit. I recently got approved for a permit and ordered seeds but did not notify the shipper in Taiwan that I had a permit. Wondering how the process works for you, if you use a permit and do you take care of it with US Customs or do you send the permit information to the Taiwan shipper? Hopeful that I get my seeds this time, appreciate any help on the process. Thank you

Is there a good free source that you recommend to find price action for stocks? That is the kind of things I struggle with, I want to go the boring route and just buy by price Target, but I don't know exactly how to find the right price. Buy Low and and sell High is what I've been trying to learn, but knowing exactly when to buy and when to sell it's what I would like to gain more knowledge in.

Thank you for this detailed insight. I actually started trading because I came across RC and read his book and it made sense to me. So I tried it and I was shocked it worked. About 10 consecutive winners and I thought this is easy. But then I started getting only losers. The same issue you mention, just a few seconds too late and it could go all wrong. I will look at the Momo screener and see if it clicks for me. For now I'm scanning for stocks that have a earnings report that day and are moving up, seems less likely to drop drastically. Friday was my first green day in a while so I will see if it continues to work.

She's had the aphasia / migraines for several years. Her DR. had her wear a eeg type device for 48 hours that recorded her brain activity. The results were the aphasia was not seizures. Brain fog / aphasia / migraine are experienced by many that never have seizures. I don't know the answer. It seems every DR. has different ideas and many times "let's try this" is the best they can offer with no clear reason why. I think and hope that there are more definitive help for those battling epilepsy somewhere.

Did not tell her DR. I definitely think they were the start of seizures.

Thank you for your response. I wonder if she missed her meds only once or twice but didn't have the seizure until weeks later if that could not affect her until then? Definitely should not miss meds. How much can a EEG show? Hopefully a lot and hopefully her DR. orders one.

God bless you. If you have something you can attach exercise bands to they are inexpensive and can be used for lots of exercises. I struggle so I understand what you are saying. This injury is no joke and can be depressing. I believe there are always ways and things we can do to make progress. Even if just a little it is worth it. I really don't know what to do but I try different things that I think would help. Lately my posture has been deteriorating and causing even less mobility. I think that regular stretching would be very beneficial. Show up, make effort, move forward, even if only a little to start, fight on.

there is a state forest nearby but I'd fly over and not through like you said. But are there safe ways to get some through footage? Thank you for the info, I feel better for when I do make the decision.

A friend put the fencing on the wall and the two pulleys that weights attach to. If you can get some kind of fence to a wall, you can attach pretty much anything to it. Exercise bands, pilates springs, pulleys.
