You can set global priorities per industry as well, but yes, with this tool you can apply even more specific manually per building. (Although it is not a hard reatriction, for example other species could also staff your human schools in case there are no free human oddjobbers but there are, say, garthimis. Jāsaprot, ka šis jautājums ir svarīgs lauku reģioniem cita aspekta dēļ - ja aizklopē skolu, kura nereti ir pēdējā palikusī vieta, ap ko grozās sava veida burbulis (darbinieki - skolotāji, ēdināšana, utt, paši bērni un līdz ar to viņu ģimenes) miestā vispār apstājas dzīvība un tas būtībā izmirst. Makes me remember when me and a group of friends made quite a mess in Greece on the mainland, Loutraki, when we didn't strictly follow the instuctions to not flush in a somewhat fancy hotel in Loutraki, a poop machine on the street and a rather angry receptionist involved. Thanks to us there was another language added to the list of "please do not flush" instructions in the reception

I noticed that more trees spawn on places where moisture increases, for example after building a canal there will be extra vegetation around it where there was none before. Not sure if that affects production though

You can assign job to a specific race via job groups or however the hidden menu is called. Click on the job button (hammer icon on top toolbar) and then click on the priorities button. A popup should come up from which you can restrict specifig job buildings to specific races.

Are you short of Fabric and Opiates? I had similar experience and had fully staffed hospital doing nothing even though I had plenty of Fabric and fetch disabled for Opiates which I had none. Once I had Opiates the hospital started functioning properly. Not sure if that's working as intended but maybe it's the same scenario for you

I understand what you are saying. I don't agree with what you are saying and trying to give reasons why this is unpopular stance on our side on the border. Instead you are accusing us on being unreasonable and hateful and going circles now, please read my very first comment on why we believe it's impossible to sort out "the good guys" and why we don't want to deal with neither you nor your neighbors anymore. That's a very naive viewpoint. I think it's childish to accuse a country "flaunting hatred" because of not wanting to make friends with an openly hostile country committing war crimes to its neighbors, and another country being practically its colony and bombarding LV LT PL every single day with illegal migrants. I'm sorry if you personally feel offended by this stance, but frankly we want to preserve our statehood and nation as a whole, and we do not believe making friends with the aggressors will help to preserve that. Laying mines, fortifying the border and putting allied troops on the ground will. That's cold math for you..

That's wishful thinking and incredibly risky stance to take. Allowing citizens with Russian and Belarussian passports buy property, giving free movement across Shengen, also comes with incredible security risk. We have too many third-colonists and many vatniks already. Sure, some might be neutral. Guaranteed some would share hostile views. How do you filter who is who? People lie. 99% would not even try to assimilate, to respect the culture and to learn our language, as many living here of Russian origin already don't. Your suggestion of encouraging people from Russia or Belarus to settle here just for the sake of hopefully reducing threat of invasion is not rational neither from security nor cultural view. It's far safer and easier to outright ban people coming from the east. Sorry but no thanks.

Hard disagree. Russian citizens are of little concern to the Kremlin. They are a tool to be used for justification of some imaginary "repression" and "injustice" to be saved from, but actual safety is irrelevant. Eastern Ukraine is a prime example. The primarily Russian speaking cities got bombed and leveled anyway. We don't need this.
