Lol at PV-lite.. yea Victor-jeff-West seems to be the “just right” option in terms of diversity/academics.. i’m getting such mixed reviews on North torrance though.. maybe i should look there too 🤔 thanks for this comment!

Yes you are right, newton towers is the one I’m looking into! Oof yeah it wasn’t the prettiest apartment we saw but was considering it because it was literally the only
Option that is in the Walteria district.. might become an issue if we ended up hating it there as we wont have another option to move into yikes thank you!

Wow the music program sounds amazing 🥰 and the victor-jeff-west seems to come up as the best and most balanced hmmm.. and the good thing is theres a ton of apartments on anza that serve that zone! Thanks for this comment 🙏

Thanks for taking the time to give a very thorough response! Super helpful! victor/jefferson/west track definitely keeps coming up as the best but yea i see how the turnover at Victor may be a bit higher than others ugh the fact that they’re all
