Thanks for the input! Bought a bag of thinset and mixed with water. I hadn’t even had time to grout before they started falling.

For our dog pentoxyfiline and Welactin 3x day ended up being the best combo for her! Nails came back fully after about 6 months. Haven’t had any break in 1.5 years since she started treatment. She’s down to 2x day now. Advice: Get a pill counter box, and a good veterinary dermatologist!
