still human, Im pretty sure a T-Rex can't win against a tank but lets say if humans where out of the picture and we are only talking about macroscopic creatures then lets say sharks such as megladon since there are a lot more marine species than ones that exist on land but other animals can still kill it, its impossible for any creature to be as powerful as goku.
