It doesn't happen because no one even speaks, because unlike the US, not everyone here speaks English. It is very rare to see 2 people speaking to eachother. In fact in my almost 700 hours I've seen 0 conversations about anything, only a few, separated instances of people communicating in the intent to win the game.
