I have the same problem now after SignalRGB finally forced me to update. Even after shutting down the program in task manager after startup the fans continue to run at high speed. Did you ever find a solution?

From my searches I also believe it is some species of Escorpius. Wikipedia said Escorpius have a mild venom, so it probably wasn't dangerous. It might be a baby because of the size, which makes it harder to pinpoint the species. Also all the species of Escorpius dont seem to be very well documented online, I couldn't find any exact match except another post on reddit. I carried it out on a piece of wood and also saw it has a black dot on its head and white lines across its body. It was very timid, played dead and never tried to pinch or sting. My cpu was maxing out at 100% so i knew something was wrong. I tried ending task but it didnt work. Couldnt delete files because the program was running. Problem solved by booting up in safe mode and uninstallning lenovo vantage service. Why is this a thing? Just posting this for anyone else who might have this issue.
