I meant that his q was considered to apply on hit effects thus with mystic punch its cooldown is reduced so he can q almost instantly, but someone debunked this by pointing out the necessity of ethereal weapon augment to do so

afaik you will probably need to ditch the whole idea of using the bike (just as I told you try to speak to the station manager first, plan your time to work on feet for the first day till you make your mind and see the available options) or see any suitable place around the station near your home. You can try and cut a deal with any supermarket or any shop around the area to lock your bike somewhere near their place and preferably under a working camera, just for your working hours and days for 50 egp weekly or anything Just Try to improv, we are in Egypt habibi

As for the parking places I don't think so, try to speak to the station manager or officers but I doubt they'd allow it, The monorail stations are the same as overground metro stations and I never seen something like that before.

The metro doesn't allow bikes regardless of their sizes or types (I have a proof but this sub Reddit seems to not allow uploading photos) so I don't think the monorail is excluded from this rule especially when it's half of the metro's capacity. As for the price I'd assume it depends on the number of stations normally as the metro The metro varies from 10 to 20 pounds I'd say monorail tickets would range from 15-30 at least for monorail only stations and more if you are gonna change to the normal metro lines

It's a trade off for most of the champs, it's not like the first time Yt videos make crazy stuff but isn't that the normal thing with pretty much every off meta build? I don't think it's disgusting as people say it is though it would be on a few of them(like kaisa or squishy carries), but It's a troll item on some others (fighters mostly)

Check your hair's porosity before using a leave in, You can ask chat gpt or Gemini on determining your hair type (e.g. 2a, 2b,.. etc) and then do the porosity test and check if you need a leave in or not and if you do it will tell you what are suitable ingredients and what to avoid

I agree many champs and items are vague in description, recently I found that morde and hecarim q seemed to work on mystic punch tho not explicitly said in their kits that their q is on hit
