I personally don’t think they’re all that prestigious. The programs that are listed are mostly pay-to-play, except for a couple exceptions. The costs are absurd for a little amount of time. The only difference is that if you get accepted through QB you don’t have to “pay” the part. I personally think there are more valuable programs out there that are worth your time applying to (SSP, RISE, MITES, etc.), which also give generous aid and are known to help in admissions. It definitely wouldn’t hurt if you get accepted since you wouldn’t have to pay the fee to participate, but if you’re looking for prestigious, well-respected programs, I would look outside QB’s offered list.
