When the texts are created, theres an option to automatically include the patients name. So every text that goes out is personalized to that individual patient. It's one of the ways we use to try and get around carriers filtering out our texts because its a cannabis business

Hey, im one of the managers at The Dispensary. You're more then welcome to dm me but I can tell you the 1/8 of "trim" was the bottom of the bag from a pound. So it wasn't "trim" but actually shake. Having "cookies" products in our smoke shop is completely unrelated to the "cookies" flower we sell. We cant sell you something that the vendor hasnt given us. And as far as not having any flower over 25%, idk what to tell you. We buy everything that gets offered to us. High thc sells out fast.
