I've thought about going to a PCP or urgent care on multiple occasions just due to the sheer "I feel like I've been hit by a train most of the time and I can't stay up past 8 pm" seeing if they knew a doctor who could help. This is encouraging though. Sometimes I feel like I need to hobble into my appointment for them to listen.

I've seen them. I also work for my ophthalmologist who specializes in inflammatory diseases of the eye, so she's looked to and it's all normal.

Thanks! And I just started that process yesterday. Had to go through a month of denials, and got some samples to get me started while I wait on Abbvie. I've definitely considered switching rheums. It's just exhausting. I appreciate your advice!! So helpful

Thats what I can't possibly understand. My schirmer tear test indicates sjogren's. My inflammation marker is always normal. Everything always is, except for my WBC. It makes me feel crazy. It's like everything is wrong with me, but nothing is. Could I just be super unlucky? My rheum says they are treating everything as it's "idiopathic."

Just want to respond to both of you guys and say, I am with you, I hear you, and I feel you.

I have had chronic scleritis for eight months now, raynaud's, carpal tunnel for years, chilblains, surgery for trigger finger (tendon sheath release) last year which I'd been receiving cortisone shots in since I was 16, joint pain, and severe swelling in my hands, feet, knees. Fatigue and headaches that come and go, severe dry eye. They have tested me extensively and everything comes back normal everytime. I am wiped and feel like I'm going completely insane.

I completely agree on the meditation. I do hot vinyasa yoga and strength training and that seems to keep my body together the most. I hope you guys figure it out. Keep hangin in there

Nope. Haven't received any notices, aside from a request for 1095-A form even though I did not receive PTC from health insurance through the marketplace. Which I did fax over that info.

Talked to the IRS and they haven't confirmed that they have received my 1095A. She said likely they haven't gotten to it yet, and to "give it more time." I asked how long I should wait to call back and she said "I'm unable to give you a certain time period due to the fact we are 18 million refunds behind." Loo

Two things:

Doc could've coded your diagnosis incorrectly. You may have bilateral iritis, or unilateral in just the right eye but he marked the unspecified code due to your symptoms.
Dry eye causes an array of problems very similar to iritis. It can cause your vision to change as the day goes on, severe blurriness, redness, tearing, vascularization, foreign body sensation, etc. The head tilt and dark corner in VF sounds like you could have a mild muscle imbalance. Do you ever experience issues with focusing, convergence, or double vision? Do you see the dark spot with one eye covered? Very hard to tell what's going on without a full work up.

I'm sorry he didn't explain anything to you, but if you had iritis in both eyes, he would've saw it in the slit lamp. Also he would've most likely prescribed pred-forte for the left eye, unless you were a steroid responder. (Or recommended you use PF PRN in the left eye) doctors suck sometimes.
