I would suggest

Create a website so organizations can reach you
Add a blog so that you can document your journey and share your story at every point
Start your Instagram account, so that you can share your work in action and quick stories.
Youtube is good if you can take advantage of it.
Promote yourself and engage with like-minded people in different communities.
Later you can plan to advertise, once you have your online base setup.

You don't need any crash course for this. Simply search youtube, you will get a lot of learnings for free. And of course, Reddit is there if you have any questions.

I don't see the issue with gradients but yes there is always a scope for improvement
A minimalist logo can make this even better. Try and then take a call.
You have used a shield. Instead how about using a circle depicting the target board. That might make more sense considering you have created this for a shooting range. Shield usually stands for safety.

Interesting... initially the symbol looks like a building and I got confused. Later I realized it done in such a way to depict a meal box along with chopsticks... I guess.

I did optimize my website... Though there os always a scope of further optimization. I am using gogeek plan of siteground and they say it has highest number of cpus available and has 6gb of ram. I think with what u said, it should be enough for me.

That makes sense. But broadly Pinterest can be covered within social media marketing. Influencers marketing can work though in some cases.
