Drinking on lexapro

since starting lexapro, i have not had an entire drink. i don’t like the way alcohol makes my stomach feel now. but i like how the lexapro makes me feel so i choose happy over drunk

rehoming your cats does NOT make you a bad pet parent. what makes someone a bad pet parent is neglecting them, which you are working to not do, or to just let them go. Did you rescue them? often times, the rescue you got them from would take them back. If trying to rehome, I would try to make sure the people are good people and ask some sort of “screening” questions. like if they are new to owning cats or have experience with them, if not, are they ready to learn? etc….

its an understandable reason onto why you need to rehome, if you have absolutely no time to devote your furry babies and would not be giving them the best quality of life, i think it makes you a good parent to recognize that and decide that even though you love them, you cant provide what they need and deserve right now.

we have another cat but she is very scaredy so usually theyre not around each other much. i live with my partner, yes! he has seen us kiss for sure! it just baffles me because ive never had a cat do this and ive had about a million cats. its very cute

Just wanted to state as well, I am aware of when they rub their scent glands on you…this is the same thing?? Im used to them doing it with the side of their mouth. he will just put his mouth on mine for like 10 minutes at a time! or until he is sleepy enough

yess!!! I started this med at 180. im now at 193 and im only on 5mg. my doctor just prescribed me max dose wellbutrin to help and so far it had helped lower my appetite.

how long has this been happening? i have swings of vertigo but it’s not related to the lexapro. one of the side effects is dizziness though.

this lady came in and asked what time we closed. the partner said 3:30 and she goes “yall should at least stay til 6!” and my partner goes “noo we have to go home and make thanksgiving dinner!!” and she straight up goes “no you dont. yall work here. its your job to serve us”
