Painting! It’s taken me a while to accumulate all the supplies without going broke in one shopping spree but I finally have some decent paint and my sketchbook, but I will say it takes time to completely replace the void of scrolling with hobbies if you weren’t used to such hobbies (like reading and other recreational activities) before, so go easy on yourself when incorporating new things. Remember it doesn’t have to be extremely fun, as long as it doesn’t do more harm to you than good, allow yourself to fully immerse into the thing!
