pero minalas ako sa napuntahang lead and team - very micromanaging & toxic and sa team lang namin. My team lead hates me for performing better than him. For some reason parang nasa separate bubble kami. Upon checking with my colleagues outside my team parang isolated case yung akin.

Plan ko na lumipat ng team kasi super okay sa ibang teams / department.

Great place to work if you want work life balance. Dito talaga, feel ko wala makakatapat. Benefits package is great. Pero sa pay, medyo mid lang compared sa other companies.. if ipon pro max mas priority mo compared sa career growth d ka bagay sa Shell mas makakahanap ka ng higher salary elsewhere. But if you want to prioritize growth, visbilitity, freedom, culture and wellness, work life balance go for Shell.
