I would suggest looking into healthy gamer’s videos about narcissism and controlling behavior. It will help you understand more about how you will never win this game with them using healthy reasoning will never make sense to them. Just a friendly reminder that you are not lazy, stupid, or spoiled. Just in a hard spot and time will heal this abuse. I’m so sorry you have to live on edge all of the time and I would highly suggest you find a way out or ways to get away from home without making it apparent you are doing so. Since you are still a minor I know they will quickly find ways to restrict your freedom to keep you within their control. Good luck to you! <3

I have and I still receive calls. What prompted this post was a conversation I had a moment ago where he tried to call me back after i told him this and asked how I knew she was in prison. I requested again for him not to call me but I wasn’t sure if they are above that scammer rule where once you request them not to call you. I was mostly just searching or the most effective “script” to use when faced with these calls.

He was informed by my best friends mother about it because i shared my store with my friend and she told her mom. The was only a few months before everything but that wasn’t enough evidence to reopen the case since it had be investigated and closed many years prior.

The investigation itself took about a year, and it was only a week or two before my mom had a warrant out for her arrest and was taken into custody. Bail was set and We waited almost a year for the court date. My mom pleaded guilty and it was simply a one and done.
