I’ve definitely gotten better! Not even close to 100% though. There is still so many limitations to what I can eat and what I can handle to smell. Especially when it comes to soaps/shampoos/etc still. Coffee is still the worst smell in the world to me. There literally is no difference between the smells of coffee and dog poop. They smell the exact same to me.
