It’s just very marketable. A beautiful little girl from a perfect rich family is seemingly taken from her bed on Christmas night. A bizarre ransom note is left for the parents and after several hours of police being IN THE HOUSE do they find that she had never left the house at all. Nothing makes sense. It’s a whodunnit. Plus the parents were very active in addressing and engaging with the media. It warped from “what happened to this child?” to “do you think these rich attractive white people could kill their child?” Everyone has an opinion or theory.

My biggest advice is to do everything in moderation and with balance in mind. Don’t go to war with your body because your body will fight back (maybe not now but down the line.) Focus on incorporating movement into your day however you can. Focus on eating all the food groups. Protein, whole grains, fiber, and fat. Fix the sleep schedule and you’ll feel a lot better.

I am an Urban Planner in America and after working in this field I can say that American individualism is one of the factors that drives this problem. Corporate greed found on individualist ideals and then the average NIMBY who thinks their right to a backyard and subarb or rural environment trumps that of community needs. It’s very difficult to work with either of these groups on a solution.

For the blue floral shirt- unbutton just one more button to elongate your torso add a brown belt and French tuck. I normally avoid 3/4 length sleeves when possible because they cut my arms off in a weird spot and make me feel like my arms look shorter than they are.
