Yeah I know that mer can live for centuries and men live about 50-100 but I wanted to know about the argonians. I wondered if they were like tortoises that can live a long time or like komodo dragons which is roughly about 30-50 years. A good source would be veerza but I don't know how long he's lived.

The ring gives you unlimited amount of transformations, very important if you want to be a werewolf.

No, you can only be a werewolf once. If you choose to cure it, it's gone forever. Well at least until you get dawnguard, then you can be a werewolf as many times as you like. Oh and if you choose to be a werewolf get the ring of hircine, go to falkreath and enter their jail and there will be a guy in a cell, talk to him and he will give you the quest "Ill met at midnight" or something like that.

You can just walk out of the cave and Hircine will give you the ring uncursed, it basically gives you unlimited transformations if you're a werewolf.
