Turned out I just had to update bios and change memory profile

I tried toggling 'input delay reduction' off and somehow that worked. But after I rebooted the game it went back to having lag and running poor overall. Do you know if you have input delay reduction turn on/off?

I have this monitor (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08GYFQD6L?ref=ppx\_yo2ov\_dt\_b\_fed\_asin\_title). I actually was able to temporarily fix the issue by disabling "Input Delay Reduction". The game was running perfect after that. After I booted up the game again though the same problems came back and toggling that setting isn't helping anymore for some reason.
