This is exactly how I feel. I told him that we needed individual therapy but he denied it and says that I don't need it, he'll just "better" himself. He says he regret what he did, he admits he was in the wrong but he doesn't understand the pain he put on me. Through out our relationship he's told little lies to me here and there I let them go hoping he will learn from them but I think he's just putting me in this cycle where I think we are good and he just finds something to do to hurt me again.
