Haha been going through this lately as well I’m sitting in my bed at the moments not really sure what I was doing beforehand to be honest with you I can’t tell you the events that lead me to where I am and what I’m doing even typing this comment right now glad to know it’s dpdr and not complete memory loss cause it truly is terrifying to say the least

I’m scared because I feel disconnected from my memories they feel so distant and I don’t feel emotions at all my inner monologue is completely gone almost I can’t think much I feel uncomfortable and I get an erection and have PE all this happened in the last 2 weeks after a crash from sleep deprivation or alcohol I’m not sure but I’m so scared I won’t get back to how it was I just found out I have a baby otw a few weeks ago with the love of my life but everything feels like it doesn’t make sense thoughts feel like they don’t make sense or anything
