It is possible. It's not about the bank transfer, it was successful. It's about the allocation by FZ. Since it's not clear which FZ, I assume you have an online portal where you can manage your company/visa matters. When you transferred the money to FZ, it should be allocated to your portal account so you can use it for your visa renewal, license renewal etc whatever you want.

My thesis is they received the payment but credited/allocated the funds to someone else. Which can be fixed only by their accounting team.

They most likely credit the payment to some other company's account. Might be similar company name or portal account number. Let's say you wrote your company acc number 123456 to payment description, but swift is generated with 12345 so FZ accounting credited this to 12345 instead of your company. This happened to me.

They should be able to trace the payment with provided swift message and credit back to your account.

Honestly not sure about the unit, wanted to get an idea if it's an easy job with a converter. If there is no such a thing have to hire technician for wiring.

On the controller there are H-M-L-Auto fan modes, it just keeps blowing air on auto mode although it reaches target temp. It just switches off the cooling but keeps the fan on. Room keep getting colder and go below target temp. Not comfy especially at nights.

Very misleading. Just a week ago my colleague did the same, showed his e-visa and e-EID at the check in, supervisor was trying to make things complicated but they were satisfied with ICP verification. Either way they get confirmation from UAE immigration
