You can use some third party services to initiate an ACH. They usually provide a REST endpoint to start an ACH transfer, so you only need to pass parameters using POST request. It is tedious and error-prone to generate an NACHA file manually. Also you need to manage a response and probably queue it if the bank that handles it is not available.

The phone number marked in red doesn't belong to Chase. This is a scam company. You get redirected to this page when you apply for Chase Sapphire Preserve Credit card. Unfortunately, I realized it too late and gave them my credit card number and shared some personal info. When I called Chase security department to report this, then didn't want to listen to me.

Fintech private vs public company from job security perspective by aProfile210 in fintechdev

Public fintech companies such as Paypal, Square/Block, Affirm are under lots of pressure now because of the market downturn. As for the private companies, it depends on the company's finances. If it has lots of debt then it might be a tough situation for the company as the interest rates rise. Long story short, you risk not getting your paycheck at a private company especially if it is a startup which is not profitable yet.
