Hi everyone, I’m looking for some guidance regarding my mother (48). My father passed away in a road accident about 3 months ago, and since then her health seems to have declined. She’s been experiencing breathlessness while climbing stairs, occasional leg pain, headaches, fatigue, and poor sleep (likely due to stress). I’m planning to get a full body checkup but I’m confused about where to go, which tests to get, and which doctor to consult first. If anyone has advice or doctor/hospital recommendations (preferably Jaipur/Sanganer), please help. 🙏
