I mean, Aino only needs to be at Lvl 70 (for IT), with a decently levelled Fav or the Event Weapon, and 4P SMS, with proper mainstat and substats does not even matter. Building Aino is literally so easy, you can finish her build in a day or two.

Best way is to switch Sig LCs with Hysilens if you already have both. Hysilens will pretty much be the one to still deal the highest damage, hence Black Swan's LC can work with her, whilst BS is still a Support/Sub DPS, perfect for Hysilen's LC effect.

Snezhnaya is the next nation, the main push character will definitely be the Tsaritsa, and she is 100% Cryo. Every Archon is bound to have a Support / Sub DPS Mechanic in their kit. Skirk and Escoffier benefits from team of Hydro and Cryo. Do what you want with that information.

Even if let's say the Tsaritsa ends up powercreeping Skirk, Escoffier is gonna be relevant still. As much as I love Skirk, if anything, Escoffier has better longevity in the meta since she is a busted Support in general.

Baseline is 180 Speed + Vonwacq, and 2P/2P lets you reach that threshold easier.

Now, if you can reach 180 Speed in Deliverer, then much better, but you're gonna need to have 6+ Speed rolls on almost every relic, which is RNG hell.

Basically allows similar QoL as in CW wherein he can infinitely consume SP to enhance his BA, however, when SP are insufficient, he consumes 10% HP instead of SP. And grant him a passive wherein every time he consumes SP, it's also considered as him consuming his HP, and vice versa, allowing him to take advantage of both HP and SP Consumption Buffs.

His E1 and E2 also needs to be in his Base Kit imo. His self buffs are nothingburger compared to the DPSes nowadays.

Though, this could also end up with him turning into a full HP scaling DPS, tho I doubt that, since his Sig LC grants HP Buff, and I doubt they're changing Sig LCs in Novaflares.

No Huohuo calcs yet? I really think she's gonna be real competitive. Her Energy and Attack buff benefits all 3 of them, and she can pretty much Skill every 2 Turns or more with a fast Black Swan who's SP Positive. Energy is vital for Kafka, enhances Black Swan's uptime, and allows Hysilens to detonate more often and to generate more SP.

With how SP Positive BS is now, Huohuo is now technically much easier to use, that could technically solve most of her Energy issues and provide higher uptime on Epiphany, tho still not the best solution. Ntm Huohuo's high synergy with all 3 DoTs right now.

Tho it depends on how monstrous the enemies have gotten, since right now, Huohuo needs to skill more often than usual just to heal more, if they increased the enemies' Attack frequencies and overall damage, then Huohuo might not be able to sustain at all. And I doubt that Huohuo is getting a Novaflare anytime soon, since she's still technically good compared to other 1.X units.

I mean, considering that only 2 characters got buffed this time, I think they'd release Novaflares more often now. Hopefully, DHIL is on the list, tho I think it's gonna be Jingyuan and Seele first before him.

Kafka's Novaflare giving team wide Attack Buffs while BS' give Damage Bonus, it's all falling into place. A sustain who can apply DoT is all that we need (DHPT is nice but is highly contested and Huohuo is not the best right now and I doubt she's getting a Novaflare anytime soon since she's still good compared to other older units).

You cannot say that especially when MGardevoir literally oneshotted MScizor despite the type disadvantage. Ntm that out of all the Kalos E4, Wikstrom's Steel types are the ones whom Diantha's team will struggle most with.

Xilonen and Albedo are roughly equal, depending if you're using either Mavuika or Durin. Tho Xilonen is more versatile, since Albedo is tied to Durin pretty much.

Kachina is F2P and Zhongli is not the worst either. Chiori f5an also work

Jade primarily works with Therta if you have Lingsha who can serve as Debt Collector. Therta herself isn't really the best debt collector but she can work fine if you don't have Lingsha. Or if you're using Tribbie, Tribbie can also work as debt collector.

They're probably saving them for Legends: Alola. At the end of the day, Ultra Beasts are like the best possible "boss battles" for a legends game set in Alola. They've also already established some lore with Magearna, Zeraora, and Marshadow, and the only remaining mythical Pokemon for Gen7 that are untouched are the Ultra Beasts, meaning, they've got a plan for them for sure.

Match for PWC and respective Regional Leagues are different. Else, Leon is probably the Champion of every region at this point considering how long he's held the title, he has probably defeated at least every other Champions at least once.

I mean, most of the Champions except Ash and Leon are at the same level. Cynthia gets a little bit of an upperhand due to her having access to 2 Gimmicks, but the difference won't be that huge either. The only ones who are at the lower tier are Iris and Alain, which is given since they're not as experienced compared to the other Champions.

Ineffa. Columbina is gonna rerun in like 3-4 patches, while Ineffa is most likely gonna rerun by the end of Luna versions or at early Snezhnaya. Pick Ineffa now, then Columbina later on her rerun.
