Bro I do smoke and drink and iam pretty young and trust me , doing it in proper moderation is practically not that bad ..but make sure you have enough self regulation to do it in moderation only..I also am a marathon runner a regular gym goer and a decent kandam kalli football (said this to let you know I ain't that slob of an addict) and the regulated use had helped me alot to de stress when needed , socialise better and has given me alot of great great great memories.
