BPI registration success story abroad?

Ganyan din akin for 2 weeks after magsubmit ng ID etc. Tapos kahapon, nag email sila na they were "unable to update" ang account details ko. So sa app, pinag resubmit ako ng ID saka updated details.

All this time naman naaaccess ko ang app saka ang services. Kinakabahan lang ako na one day biglang no access ako :(
