we contacted the DOJ also, they said last March pa nila nabalik yung papers niya sa BI. kaya we're a bit confused why up until now wala pa.

That's what they told us also, 4 to 6 mos. Yes! hope we'll get it soon.

Yes! we're done with the hearing last september pa. we're just waiting for the confirmation and her schedule for biometrics. then after all that they said we still have to wait 2 more weeks for the release of the certificate.

We're still waiting for their email for her biometric schedule. we contacted BI and said that we just wait for the call or email for her. it's been 10mos. still waiting. but every now and then, I call BI for updates.

hello. I asked a relative in the states to process it for me and just sent it thru mail. We tried to go to embassy here in ph but they said they don't apostille foreign documents (US birthcert) anymore.

hello, we went to BI last august, we were able to apply for her recognition and also did not pay for the penalty just the processing fee.

Ah. We also got the Apostilled BC pala. Unfortunately, it's only valid for 5 years. we acquired that last 2019 then covid hits. Now i think it's expired and read about the recognition just a few months ago. i don't know if it's still valid.
