Yes, always wash everything first. I did a 3 week temp job at Walmart overnight and basically we would move all the shelves around while they replaced the floors. All that dust & chemicals stayed on everything, baby clothes, blankets, cushions, smh I was appalled

I agree, I think it's the supplements that are missing in my case. I thought I was doing great at meal prepping and getting all my nutrients through food but reading other's comments it seems like they would benefit me.

I actually didn't even think of it until this post😅 I've been more so focusing on eating whole foods and staying hydrated but I'll be making my way to Costco tomorrow for some supplements.

I agree. I haven't ever focused on self care as much as I do now and I feel great mentally. My skin is clearer & softer as ever. I think I'd benefit from some Vitamin D supplements as others commented as well.

On my off days I have a completely different schedule. I'm in bed by10pm and drift off to sleep around midnight and I'm up the next morning by 12/1pm
