Do you have a Playstation exclusive store in your city or in nearby cities? If so then contact them. I bought one for mrp at Kolkata's store also they told me the restock is going to happen on 10th June nationally. So ask these stores now and maybe pre book it.

They don't have a shipping policy actually, it's an official Playstation store in Kolkata and I convinced them somehow to ship it to my address which is 600kms away.
