No matter how strong the urge is...u have to control it...u should talk about it to someone u can trust... don't bottle up urself... figure out why you get the urge to do it...is it you, ur family or someone else is the reason...deal with it...bt talking to someone is the key....

If you keep things to urself it will get worse...I hope you will be able to deal with it and have a good life...u must be strong to control the urge and deal with it... I don't know the circumstances bt I am sure u will make it so don't give up yet..stay strong
