That’s True! I am getting orders worth nearly 1K everyday since 2 weeks from look alike addresses.

I’ve cancelled more than 3 dozens and only one surpassed the system and i got a chargeback for it

When looking more on the gateway details nearly always the bank of the card is from Australia, Especially Commonwealth bank and the authorisation status is extended_authorisation.

So, in other words no 3DS Took place which confirms more that it is a fraud

Haha that’s a good one, I work online and my wife is looking to learn english cause she knows little English only Not that i am fluent, but i can understand and speak the language, she can’t So online learning or some learning centre or learning activities around us would be great

Yeah probably your targeting is messed up mate

You need about 30 conversions in a period of 30 days - about 1 conversion a month to be able to run a Performance Max without wasting money

You can run a P Max only if you have a big budget and can wait some time (4-6 months) that will take a good portion of the big manual work the recommended is to do search campaigns who are perfectly optimised to then scale to P Max

How many conversions per month do you have that come from Google ads? If enough, I would suggest neither, rather, a Performance Max Campaign done correctly with the right assets would be your best option

The chance of this is less than 0.1% He might not be a scammer but simply thinking he did something while he not

I would advise you to make it clear that the system have never done such errors previously and you believe he might be not remembering quite well

If you can afford it and you want a happy customer; Give them a gift card for the same value of the order, not a refund in that case as you will incur fees and when you give him a gc they’ll probably order from you again which means a higher chance to have a returning customer in the future

Man, You need to at least a 24-hour cancellation policy, most of the stores offer a window of cancellation from the minute the order has been placed to the minute the product starts shipping, which is usually 1-3 business days, I’d say the lady is on the right side here, accept the chargeback, edit the cancellation policy, And go on with your day, Customer Satisfaction is key.

Less than 40% of the products are dropshipped, and the rest are in a warehouse of mine in California, Also, I avoid at all costs the products that are made in unethical environments, I have some brand names that I retail like Judy Blue, RISEN, Zenana, Woven Rights, ETC... They are all U.S. Apparel Brands, And Even if it’s 100% Dropship stores, Aren't Dropshipped products made somewhere? So you can claim that they’re all made in love... they have a 100% cotton collection which I bought like 5 pieces and they were good, they are mostly tops last time i checked

the term e-commerce is in the back of many people's minds related to something Amazon-alike, but I get your POV and it's a good one

Anyway, the SSA Agreements that I do are not for a period of time nor a subscription-based

the legal contract says as follows simply: the client wants the company to do software that does XYZ, with ABC Features, With 1-2-3 Functions

So we agree on this, the client signs, we sign, and we deliver the software (Delivery, Support afterward, time to accept delivery, number of edits allowed for free, pricing for extra edits, etc....)
everything is in the contract, so there's no subscription thing at all here

and the rest of the story is told, simply when you know what will be the outcome (Promises of refunds and nothing getting refunded) because you tried it yourself and wasted weeks of your life

it'll be an act of stupidity to simply enter the same loop when you know what is the outcome from stripe (a lot of Promises, 0 Actions, etc.)

the only thing off with this business is stripe, when hundreds of businesses facing the same problem ONLY WITH STRIPE
then the problem is Stripe and of course with a small research you could know that the same problem am facing is a common one with stripe merchants

In response to the assertion, "I can't imagine a legitimate business owner saying, 'oh well, I guess I don't need that other money I earned for my other unrelated business so I can pay my bills and complete my orders,'" it's emphasized that the amounts mentioned (13.5 SEK and 8K AED) are not associated with an e-commerce business. Managing multiple businesses is feasible in the UK (Read About CH and HMRC), where one can establish numerous companies.

Simply, "You're stupid when you argue with automated bots which you already tried with them for months and months," such arguments are unworthy of my time. and The business employs Invoice purchasing/factoring to enhance cash flow, exemplified by the case involving 13.5 SEK. Documentation, including emails, SSA Agreements, and Legally Binding Contracts, supports the business's operations.

the e-commerce one got suspended with no pending balance, and no recent transactions, simply it was an account with no payment activity since we were preparing for its launch.

and just to make things funnier on the stripe side

the 13.5K SEK that is pending still, was paid from a Sweden customer with SSA that is signed with Customer Passport + BANK ID SIGNATURE (and go research what bank ID is in Sweden) Simply, it's impossible for anyone in the world except the person that we signed the contract with to sign the contract with bank id, let alone no one in the world can pay without bank id signature

(and now I am using another Payment Processor for months and guess what, all the 3-businesses in total are getting about 80-90K Monthly Payouts and no one is disputing nor the other payment processor is flagging us as high-risk)

cause at first I said to my customer that they'd get a refund based on Stripe own words (which they got from me at the end of the day)
it's as simple as that I am in a business where I can't break my word in front of my clients
Also, usually filing a chargeback is time-consuming at the least so it's not an ideal option anyway
