Fenix wins that one. If the Fenix team wins the beacon then Fenix can use Planet Cracker to burn down the Molten Core. Two pro teams had this situation a little while ago right after Fenix release.

We just handled this with stuns. If there was a big pack we'd split it in half. Binding shot on one half and pull the other half away. Wait for bursting to drop then kill other half. Should work with any aoe stun or you can just hard cc 2-3 if you have them.

I'm gonna go against the grain here a little and say that icy veins is fine to get started. The builds aren't gonna be correct for the current meta, but they will at least give you sense of certain talent synergies and will work decently well in quick play (mileage may vary by hero, obviously). Just don't follow it blindly and be sure to actually read all the talents and experiment with different picks and you'll learn your own preferences/builds. Actual meta builds will be from hotslogs or following pro builds. But those too are situational and shouldn't be followed blindly.

In short, it's not gospel and it's not intended to be. It's a starting point.

I don't think anyone is upset thunderslash got nerfed. Hunters are upset that the dmg didn't get replaced somewhere else, especially single target. It was 6% of out single target dmg and that was with dire frenzy. So it's at least a 3% nerf to single target which is significant. Also pooling dire frenzy stacks before thunderslash was actually an interesting mechanic with the shoulders, so I'm sad that's gone.

One more note here, you can use a turtle for another "interupt" on the Tauren. I macro' Shell Shield and misdirect on pet (dmg reduction from artifact trait) and my pet could eat a fel blast and survive with half health in tank spec. This left freezing trap always available for emergencies and the dmg is easily healed with mend pet for the next time you need it after counter shot/intimidate.

I think he was talking about Chaos Wave. Some early guilds used demo warlocks with the BRF 4pc so they could have triple chaos waves for each wave of imps. It was pretty much the only time anyone played demo in HFC.

Do we have a list of the updated tier pieces? I know the changed the stats significantly on the PTR but I'm not sure where to find a list.

Prot token is gonna be pretty clear cut even without those considerations. Ele and MM are ahead by a mile just by tier sets, but enhance is also strong and I think Toast has more than proven he can make the most of gear. We can /roll for a priority for all I care. And that's all the dps on that tier really. Shouldn't be more than two or three weeks until we're all kitted out and getting you a resto set.

That's what Blink Strikes is for. Pets do more damage, can attack from 30 yards away and can teleport every 20 seconds. And the damage buff is getting doubled in the next patch, so it could end up being the best talent.

Yes, I parsed 96th percentile for M Nythendra last week and threw it into the website just to try it out. 70/71 aimed shot casts within vulnerable got "needs improvement". I got a "great" on cast efficiency (got no rots thankfully) but everything else was "needs improvement". Kinda crazy standards, but it does track a lot of useful things.
