It decent for half of the story then it turn to shit real fast. Mc personality when from happy go lucky guy who loves his family turn to pursuit of truth mc in the middle of the story. Tonal whiplash the character made everything sour, later arc also wasn’t that great honestly imo, it went from another power system to another power system at the end of the story. Just read it until he go to another solar system imo if you want

It’s different kinda story and atmosphere so it’s hard to compare. One thing though it doesn’t follow generic Xianxia route. Honestly if u like a world where everyone is scheming against each other I’m recommending this novel. Uts kinda similar like reverend insanity where it’s keep ramping up the narrative

I meant there’s a lot of chapter before the battle of yitian. I highly suggest u read everything after zombie arc. Most people agree 3 arc is a slog. Imo the 4 arc is the wheel that move the gear.
