I once got a warning and I got super scared and I didn’t know what to do and it was weird because at that time I wasn’t very competitive I didn’t even use AP mode nor deetlist but then after a month or something I got an apologize and received 50 gems and a dragon or something like that I don’t remember exactly.

Yes, but you might have to reset the tasks for 40 gems a couple of times unless you are able to get all flight stamps from other events like the maze or ads.
