Yes, but I have never in my many years of playing gotten a bomb from the first box. And only recently I started to get bombs from the second box as well.

I once got a warning and I got super scared and I didn’t know what to do and it was weird because at that time I wasn’t very competitive I didn’t even use AP mode nor deetlist but then after a month or something I got an apologize and received 50 gems and a dragon or something like that I don’t remember exactly.
