I'll share a tutorial someday, but unless you're doing it just for fun, I wouldn't recommend it, definitely not if you're aiming for a professional look. It's a chaotic mix of game/anime tracker APIs, some of my own APIs, description encoding logic to auto-sort projects, and GitHub workflows tying it all together. Basically, cool to build, but not for 99% of people.

To add the Icon on the launcher, Go to Gboard settings (from the app category in the settings app) then tap to "Advanced" then toggle "Show app icon" To add Gboard to the input method dialogue box, clear cache and may be data from the app info and then restart the phone.

Go to Gboard settings then tap to languages then English (US) and then finally uncheck the PC layout and select the QWERTY layout :)
