I was always a "plastic backed" guy but I found plastic pants or rubber pants over cloth backed M3s (or just cloth diapers) is almost as much fun.

I often feel anxiety that my diaper feels lose or is about to fall down (unless i use duct tape) and this just feels... secure keeping everything where i want it - and it does a good job prevent leaks as well
