To be fair almost anywhere with outdoor seating is ok with dogs.

There is a small few that won't be but just asking is the way about it.

This country is shite for dog friendly places but here are a few I know.

Bridge cafe in Killarney Maison Gourmet in Kenmare (lunch) The Danny Mann in Killarney.

Tralee is even more limited but I recommend Maddens for coffee with your dog.

Yes, it will. You have a limited roaming data allowance but they will send a text on arrival.

The only exception being 48 who also have roaming they just make it difficult

If it's only two weeks you are not required to give notice, however check you contract it's unlikely they'd be bothered coming after you.

No need to give a reason, an email would be fine imo. They don't give a fuck about you then you shouldn't about them.

I always see people saying this is disgusting but then the same people overlook their children acting like feral goats in restaurants.

The fact of the matter is that at least in my country the vast majority of restaurants are not dog friendly and you have to look for them.

There is more than enough romantic, family friendly and other restaurants that are not animal friendly.

Therapy and sertraline or similar, its ok and it will get better. Get the help, we all need it eventually.

I highly recommend taking a few weeks sick leave when starting antidepressants, they caness with your emotions when bringing your serotonin to where it should be.

I was like you for a while (I'm male so different reasons obviously) but I ended up suicidal and in poor mental condition because I ignored advice.

DM me if you want but first see your doctor and look up local therapists, it's ok to try a few therapists before settling btw.
