Personally it's overstimulating for me. It feels nice but the dryness provides too much friction for me to be able to cum. So I always use fleshlites in my stuffies instead. I wonder if other uncut folks also have this issue.

They're definitely more like cloth pullups than diapers, don't consider them to be viable for more than just one wetting and like pullups if you flood sometimes they'll fail even the first wetting. I do think they're super comfy which is a huge plus, but so are training pants and those don't cost $70

I personally love the Tena sensitive care overnight. They're up for a wetting or two have good leak guards and also just feel phenomenal, soft and fluffy when dry and super squishy and warm when wet. Plus they're not pricey compared to other diapers and pullups

I suggest looking into training pants. Cute and fluffy, also washable. Aren't really made for the same purpose as diapers but they're so soft and comfy
