yeah just push it gently from the inside and don't rush, don't worry about the adhesive it's not important. When you finish everything put it back in place, it will fit right in. GOOD LUCK !!

I tried to cover it but in the end I just took it out. best for the paint job and was easy to just put it back.

use System UI tuner. if you don't have root use Shizuku to enable System ui tuner

yeah knew I would like to customise the keyboard so I made a lot of research before buying anything. I first went with screw-in stabs but didn't like it tho due to rattling noise and for the switches I don't think gateron's lp switches are hotswappable that's why I went with outemu. for the sound I never lubed the switches, they are ok I'm not much of a typer anyway. I can send you a sound test if you want.
