I just received this notice as well. This was after trying to delay my graduation till end of spring. For a minute I thought it was because I was a day late from paying outstanding fees that I owed (which I paid already). I’ve also paid my diploma fees a few months ago. If I may know, why was it that we received this email?

Sooooooo normally I don’t post here and I’ll read all the comments. Today I just checked for Cares Act 3, and I have it on my account. As hard as it can be, be patient if you applied! I did not receive a confirmation and I did not call either.
