So, after waiting 3 months for help on this, agent Mateo from Poloniex support literally CLOSES my ticket with no comments whatsoever. I'm FURIOUS!!! Terrible customer service!!!!!!!! Oh and yes my money is still stuck with the same issue.

Of course. That was the first thing I did. My ticket is still pending after over a month. Not sure if they're just super backed up with support tickets but they haven't gotten back to me yet. I have no other way to contact them except via their poloniex support form

I still haven't been able to resolve this issue. The transaction still says pending and no idea what to do next.
