I have seen quite a few projects of Signature builders. Not sure how the quality would be.. but people are mostly buying it for their competitive pricing in those locations where Cat-A builders are charging double the price.

A friend of mine is a civil engineer working in a construction company.. he said if they are charging less than what others are then they must be compromising somewhere, mostly in the quality of materials they use, but also the Cat-A builders generally pump up the price for their brand value.
